Such a terrible experience I have dealing with them. I'm clueless how professionally they're maintaining their google ratings, although it s the case of absolute otherwise. Won't be surprised if I'm tagged as 'false review'. I'd be very happy if I'm taken to court over this. I will not reckon, they're probably over rated since big gap of competition in this industry. My review is based on the fact that this firm has costed me everything. From a good length of time to the financial cost involved.

Waste of time and money. Does not know how to understood the individual case. Take their serivces for family reunification visa application. Poor time and documents management. I thought they were experts. Albeit, not for my case. Perhaps, bad experience! Do find others (new emerging legal firm) who can spend some time to study your case and prepare your case well instead of busy and expensive solicitors who pay little attention to information due to their busy schedules.I Reviewed this based on experience with them not result.

I hired Sinnott Solicitors to get advise on moving to Ireland from the US for my daughter. We had a paid phone consultation wth Una O'Brien who advised us on visa options. The information she gave me on the requirements for a student visa was completely inaccurate and was contradicted by the information in links to state immigration websites she sent in a follow up email. When I asked for clarification I never heard back from her.

Tried phone no luck and no online appointment available.

AVOID & FIND SOME BETTER SOLICITORS - I contacted Sinnot after reading the reviews. It really looks like all the previous reviews are fake. I was promised that the immigration case would not be a concern at all in the initial stage. After the payment and a few days later, Ms. UNA (Solicitor) informed me that its a bit difficult to get the visa approved and we have to wait till the application is refused by the embassy for us to appeal in court. We had informed the full history of the application when we first met Una. We decided not to go for an appeal as we lost confidence with the Sinnot Solicitors.

Worst ever experience with any immigration firm. Looks like paid reviews. After giving wrong advice they wouldn't respond to the emails in follow up. Now I know, I would be filtered as that I have been given correct advise but this is totally false. Its a very luxurious service I wouldn't recommend. Like many others here I made appointment after reading reviews but I was wrong.

Very disappointed! Provided incorrect advice - not sure why - but it cost us everything!!! :-( Will not recommend to anyone..

They couldn't deal with my case and it's better search for another one.

My experience with Sinnott's wasn't great. I wanted to ask around an immigration topic that wasn't about myself and they spent 15 minutes to ask about my and my family generalities - sometime even too deep. I pay the fee just to hear that's not possible so I was asking further questions to have a better understanding. They also supported me with an online passport application with again not a good advise - I had to sort it out by my self.

Their entire focus is making money, human being comes later.

Sinnot’s Very unprofessional and irresponsive. Appeal for join spouse visa was submitted to Sinnot’s solicitor Jalil Razvi on March 2020. The first appointment was 160€ and then 1500€ to proceed the case. The solicitor never responded on our email neither phone calls. 10/05/2021 I received an email from visa appeal division that it was refused. Solicitor Jalil Razvi who got paid for this matter never informed or called us. I tried twice to contact him but unsuccessfully even though I left a message to call back and talk about further steps. I would never recommend Jalil and Sinnot's to anyone as they seem very irresponsive and careless about his clients. After all this, he asked for some additional documents as he promised that he will try again with a barrister. I provided documents that he asked for but then he sent an email telling that “visa was refused”. Didn’t even bother to explain what happened with the barrister…

I have booked consultation after seeing good reviews here. However I was very disappointed with the solicitor I have met. He was uninterested, dismissive and got annoyed when I was asking questions to clarify what he was telling me. It seemed like I have met some government clerk who hates his job and has to deal with me. The consultation lasted barely 20 minutes and the quote he gave me for the particular service is double what other solicitors I have met requested. This consultation was certainly waste of money for me and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Rang first thing in the morning, receptionist took all details and said will ring me back, 1 day later I rang again she said, I am about to call you & next thing she said, can I put you on hold, after 5 minutes waiting I give up and she never ring me back. Bad start.

Too expensive. You have to pay €200 to book an appointment only, then 30 minutes to listen to your story. If nothing can be done, your €200 is gone for nothing and if your story sound relevant for them, you now pay another 200 or more and more. I think, clients should only be charged, if the solicitors see ground to bring justice to them. Thanks.

I was quite unimpressed by the person who answered the phone. I wanted to make an inquiry about student visas, and they came across as rude and refused to answer any questions, even about the nature of a potential consultation with a lawyer, unless I paid €184 upfront. Why should anyone have to pay for something without an explanation of what it is!?

I would NOT recommend this firm to anyone as visa is an important matter and should be dealt with carefully, and this is not how the matter was dealt with by Sinnott. This is my experience: The advice from the firm on visa related matters was questionable. All that the solicitor did was giving out a copy of the application form and going through the requirements (which are available online and self explanatory). When presented with the case details, he dismissed the questions and without taking anytime to think through them, advised that "It would be fine, these are non-issue. Now your 30 mins is up, I cant talk further". The conclusion based on the visit is that the firm was not able to give any useful advice, displayed very little concerns to clients' situations, instead the solicitor filled the very short time limit with going through very basic common knowledge for which you wouldn't need a solicitor.

Waste of money! Not helpful. Avoid them!! I was impressed with reviews before setting up appointment with them but now I doubt that they are paid reviews. Update: Called the firm and emailed them as per below response buy still no reply on email or call from them till date!

100% all 5 stars reviewes here are fake . Poor service would recomend everyone to stay away from this company absolutley cowboys

This solicitor was cold and unhelpful. I do not recommend them.
